Account agreements and optional AI
After creating your account, choose an agreement option before using signed-in features on the updated Haglr website. Both options accept these terms and the Marketplace Rules and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. AI assistance is optional. Choosing Haglr without AI still lets you enter descriptions and prices yourself and submit items for private human review. The separate AI disclosure explains what is sent to OpenAI, why, and how to turn permission off. Agreeing to these terms alone does not grant optional AI permission.
Status and scope
Effective October 27, 2026. These terms govern the currently available Haglr beta service operated by Wire Branch LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Haglr, based in Stephenville, Texas. Email support@haglr.com or use Contact us for support, legal notices or privacy requests. No account is required to email us. Live payments, payouts and shipping-label purchases remain disabled until their separate launch requirements are complete. Terms describing those features apply only when the feature is enabled and its price and conditions are disclosed before use.
Eligibility and your account
The initial launch is for people 18 or older and shipments within the United States. Give accurate information, keep access credentials private, and use only accounts you control. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not evade a suspension by opening another account.
Marketplace roles
Independent sellers supply and describe their goods. Haglr provides discovery, listing, messaging, offers, auctions, and order tools. A listing is not a Haglr endorsement, authentication, manufacturer warranty, or promise of availability. Review item details, shipping and checkout totals before committing.
Transactions and content
Pay through the enabled Haglr checkout. A cart does not reserve stock. Accepted offers and auction wins require checkout; do not assume your card was charged. You retain rights to your photos and descriptions. By submitting listing content, you grant Wire Branch LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, display and share it as reasonably needed to operate Haglr and promote that listing. This does not transfer ownership. The permission ends when the content is removed, except copies reasonably needed for existing transactions, disputes, lawful records or restricted backups. Third-party shared copies may persist beyond Haglr’s control.
Product eligibility and transaction restrictions
The Prohibited and restricted items policy and Product and shipping rules form part of these marketplace terms. Sellers must accurately declare the product, contents, condition and actual shipping origin. Listing, bidding, offers, checkout and fulfillment may be blocked independently. A listing or postage quote is not legal approval. Do not relabel a product, split a bundle, use another account, change an address or seek off-platform payment to evade a restriction.
Changes, disputes and legal rights
Contact support about marketplace disputes and use the order issue controls on time. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a damages cap or a release of statutory rights. Texas law governs to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. Material changes are dated and communicated before they take effect where required; do not apply a later policy retroactively to reduce existing transaction rights. Applicable law takes precedence.
Prepublication review in the beta
Submitting an item sends its details and photos for private review. When you have allowed AI assistance, an ordinary item may be published after AI screening and Haglr’s server-side eligibility checks pass. Uncertain or unavailable AI, declined AI permission and unresolved eligibility requirements keep items private for human review. Prohibited items may be rejected. Changes to approved product details or photos require a fresh review. Neither AI nor human review certifies legality, authenticity, safety or ownership.
