Reporting information
A payment provider or marketplace may need identifying and tax information and may issue required reports. No fixed reporting threshold is promised here because applicability depends on law, jurisdiction, payment processing and reporting responsibility.
Secure collection
Do not send a Social Security number, tax form or identity document through listing messages or ordinary support text. A secure provider workflow and final reporting disclosures must be enabled before such information is requested. A tax report does not by itself determine taxable profit.
