Optional paid placement

A boost is a separate, optional one-time $5 purchase for up to 7 calendar days of matching Sponsored placement after an eligible listing is approved. It does not increase the item price and does not renew automatically. Selecting a reminder while listing is not a purchase. Billing is not live yet.

Matching and disclosure

Paid placements are labeled Sponsored and appear above regular results only when they match the shopper’s query and category, price, condition and buying-format filters. A boost does not guarantee a fixed first position, minimum views, clicks or a sale. Blocked sellers and unavailable or ineligible items are excluded. Multiple advertisers share available placements.

Start, expiry and refunds

The boost starts only after verified payment confirmation. Its 7-day clock continues if the item sells, is withdrawn or becomes unavailable; a boost does not override moderation or product rules. Failed activation is refunded through the original payment provider. Other billing disputes and legally required refunds are reviewed by support. A payment return page cannot activate a boost.
