Keep control of your account

Use a unique password and never share a login code. Verify messages in your account rather than trusting a screenshot or link. Haglr staff will not ask for your password in a listing conversation.

Before buying or shipping

Review the listing and seller, ask questions, and check the order’s actual payment status. Never ship based only on a buyer’s claimed payment or email. Photograph the item and packaging, keep tracking, and avoid exposing your address publicly.

Report and urgent help

Report suspicious listings or users and block unwanted contact. For an order problem, open the order issue as well as contacting support. Contact emergency services for immediate danger; app support is not an emergency service.
