Authentic feedback

Review your actual transaction honestly and without private information. Explain the product or transaction rather than insulting a person. Do not buy, trade or fabricate ratings, review your own transaction through another account, or demand favorable feedback in exchange for a refund.

Review reports

Report threats, personal data, spam or fabricated reviews to support with the transaction reference. Disagreement alone does not prove a review is false. Moderation may remove rule-breaking material and should preserve a reason for the action.
