Data retention & deletion schedule

Current service policies · Updated October 28, 2026. Operated by Wire Branch LLC d/b/a Haglr, Stephenville, Texas. Email support@haglr.com or use Contact us for support and privacy requests. No account is required to email us. Live payments and shipping remain disabled.

Schedule adopted October 24, 2026

Keep only records needed to operate Haglr, meet legal duties, resolve transactions and prevent fraud. This is a business retention schedule, not a claim that every law requires these periods. The administrator reviews deletion requests and expired records; automated deletion under this schedule is not enabled.

Transactions and case records

Retain necessary transaction, tax, refund, dispute and related fraud evidence for seven years after the transaction or case closes. Preserve only the information needed for that purpose. Do not keep unrelated account content under a blanket transaction exception.

Messages, uploads and security logs

Retain ordinary messages for up to 24 months after account closure, or closure of a related dispute if later. Review abandoned unpublished photos for deletion after 30 days without activity, unless they are needed for an active submission, case or hold. Retain routine security logs for up to 90 days unless needed for an investigation. Provider-controlled security records may follow a different provider schedule.

Requests, exceptions and legal holds

You may request access, correction, export or deletion through Contact us with the subject Privacy request. Verify ownership before disclosure or deletion. Pending orders, refunds and disputes must be resolved; a legal or documented safety/fraud hold preserves only relevant records. Explain any denied or deferred deletion and how to appeal. Review held records again when the hold ends.

Backups, photos and service providers

Deleting a live record may not immediately erase a restricted backup. Expiry depends on the actual provider backup configuration; 35 days is an operating target, not a verified promise. Database backups do not include photo file contents. Keep a restricted deletion record and reapply completed deletions before restored data returns to service. Request provider deletion where applicable; do not promise deletion of records a provider must independently retain.
