How Haglr decides eligibility
Haglr aims to support lawful physical goods. A competitor ban does not automatically become a Haglr ban. Eligibility requires applicable law, Haglr product rules, payment/payout acceptance and carrier acceptance. An item being lawful to own does not establish permission to sell, resell, advertise or ship it. This policy is not an exhaustive statement of federal, state or local law.
Prohibited on Haglr
Firearms, regulated firearm parts, loaded firearm ammunition and ammunition components; explosives, explosive devices and pyrotechnics; illegal drugs, unlawfully sold controlled substances and drug-use products; stolen, counterfeit or infringing goods; recalled or unsafe products; identity documents offered for misuse, stolen credentials, personal data or malicious software; human organs/remains; protected wildlife products whose sale is unlawful; sexual exploitation and content promoting unlawful violence. Some of these are Haglr exclusions even where a particular transaction could be lawful.
Restricted categories under review
These categories are not permanently banned simply because another marketplace excludes them: archery and crossbows; recreational airsoft, BB/pellet guns and projectiles; pocket, hunting and utility knives or multitools; special knife mechanisms; pepper spray and electronic self-defense devices; alcohol/tobacco/vaping; hemp/CBD/cannabis and medicines requiring separate review; pesticides, chemicals, aerosols, fuels, compressed gas and batteries needing special handling; food/supplements; cosmetics and medical products; wildlife products/taxidermy; precious metals, loose gemstones and financial-value products. Special programs remain unavailable until required checks and provider support are operational. Do not infer launch approval from this list.
Location and product conditions
Where a restricted program is enabled, both actual shipping origin and complete delivery address must be eligible. Rules may depend on municipality, age, credentials, seller license, product composition, mechanism, size, quantity or packaging. A state name alone may not determine eligibility. A changed product, bundle or address requires a new check. Do not use a forwarding address or arrange a later redirection to evade a restriction.
Other unsupported beta formats
Services, real estate, whole motor vehicles, live animals, intangible downloads, accounts, tickets, dropshipped items not in the seller’s possession, raffles and mystery purchases are not supported in this beta. This is an operational scope limit, not a declaration that those categories are generally illegal. Ordinary genuine jewelry is not automatically prohibited merely because it contains precious metal.
Condition, ownership and recalls
List only goods you own or are authorized to sell. Check the exact manufacturer/model against official recall information before listing. Do not list a recalled item, damaged/swollen battery, unsafe infant product, contaminated cosmetic or protective equipment whose safety cannot be established. A successful text check is not authentication, a recall search or a safety certification.
Enforcement and mistakes
Haglr may prevent publication, remove a listing, stop an order or limit an account after a report or review. Keyword screening is an initial safeguard and may miss violations or flag a harmless item. Do not evade a flag; contact support with the item and reason for review. A review hold is a Haglr availability limit, not a finding that a transaction is illegal. Sellers remain responsible for honest disclosure and applicable law.
Contents, classification and communications equipment
Answer the product and package-contents questions accurately, including installed or spare batteries, battery chemistry/marked capacity, liquids, aerosols and gas containers. Unknown answers are not treated as a claim that no regulated contents are present. Items needing further checks can enter private eligibility review; this does not create a public listing or permission to sell or ship. A clean AI summary does not release an eligibility hold. Disclose all included contents and accessories. Labels, product model and intended-use claims affect eligibility. Ordinary cosmetics, secondhand children’s goods and installed batteries are not automatically illegal; the applicable product and transport requirements still need verification. Signal-jamming equipment is prohibited on Haglr. Passive shielding products and ordinary radio equipment are different products. Do not omit or disguise a regulated component to bypass review.
