Product review & restriction reasons

Current service policies · Updated October 28, 2026. Operated by Wire Branch LLC d/b/a Haglr, Stephenville, Texas. Email support@haglr.com or use Contact us for support and privacy requests. No account is required to email us. Live payments and shipping remain disabled.

Private review before publication

Listings and product edits are reviewed before publication. With your optional AI permission, an ordinary item may be published after AI screening and Haglr’s server-side eligibility checks pass. Uncertain findings, declined or unavailable AI and unresolved eligibility requirements keep the item private for human review. Prohibited items may be rejected. Feedback appears in Your product submissions. Submitted photos remain private until approved server-published copies are created; owners and the administrator can access private evidence through temporary links. Review evidence stays tied to the exact submitted photos and details and is not an editable approval flag. Revised details or photos need a fresh submission. A bundle does not allow unreviewed goods to bypass these checks.

Different reasons for a restriction

Haglr distinguishes its prohibited products, categories awaiting operational review, provider/carrier restrictions and verified legal restrictions. Messages should explain the actual reason. Unless a current applicable legal rule has been verified, a hold must not tell a member the product is illegal in their state.

Requesting correction

Your product submissions in the selling screen shows pending, approved and rejected decisions and review reasons. Use Contact us with the submission reference if a flag or decision is mistaken; submit corrected details/photos for a new review rather than evading a restriction. Do not include private identity documents, dates of birth or credentials. No dedicated age/permit verification program is enabled.

Research and changes

Haglr uses competitor policies to identify risks, official sources for applicable requirements and provider terms for service limits. Review notes are dated; preliminary screening is not complete legal clearance. Rules must be reviewed when products, laws, providers or routes change. This policy does not certify legal compliance or announce an enabled program.

Limits and operations

Automated screening and human review can make mistakes. Neither guarantees that every prohibited item, false label, concealed defect, recall or legal issue will be found. Report concerns after publication as well as before a transaction. Review is an operating task for the administrator; no round-the-clock staff, guaranteed review time, automated recall lookup or completed nationwide restricted-product eligibility system is promised. Private review evidence and abandoned uploads require a finalized retention/deletion process before launch.
