Request process
Email support@haglr.com or use Contact us with the subject Privacy request. No account is required to email us. Specify access, correction, export, deletion or an applicable opt-out without including sensitive documents in the initial message. Support may request proportionate ownership verification privately. Haglr does not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Authorized requests and appeals
An authorized representative should explain their authority. Support verifies identity proportionately and explains any denial. Request an appeal by emailing support@haglr.com or through Contact us with the subject Privacy appeal. For requests covered by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, respond within 45 days; a reasonably necessary additional 45 days requires notice and reasons within the initial period. Respond to a covered appeal within 60 days with reasons. If an appeal is denied, the response explains how to complain to the Texas Attorney General. Other applicable laws may provide different rights or shorter deadlines. Do not require unnecessary sensitive documents or reduce existing legal rights.
