Pack to survive transit

Use a strong box or appropriate mailer, immobilize contents, protect edges and fragile pieces, and remove old labels. Photograph the item and packed parcel. Drain or exclude prohibited liquids and follow carrier battery rules; do not ship an item a carrier will not accept.

Loss and damage

Keep the packaging, label, item photos and acceptance evidence. Report damage from the order within inspection and contact support for claim instructions. Carrier claim deadlines and available coverage depend on the purchased service; a shipping label is not itself proof of insurance.

No automatic insurance

Haglr has not launched an insured shipping-protection program or a guaranteed reimbursement limit. Any future coverage must identify its provider, exclusions, claim process and approved terms before purchase.
