Customer support and privacy requests

Use Contact us in the Haglr menu while signed in. Your request is saved privately for the Haglr administrator; replies appear in that same screen. For privacy matters, begin the subject with Privacy request. Email support@haglr.com for customer support, privacy requests and legal notices. You do not need a Haglr account to email us.

Support handling

The administrator aims to review requests within two business days; this is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time. For an item or delivery problem, open an issue from the order within its inspection deadline; a general message does not open an order dispute. Return addresses are shared privately with the relevant order participants. Never send passwords, card details, EIN letters or identity documents in a support message.
