Submission and verification

Authorities should identify the agency, official contact, account or listing references, legal authority, requested data categories and relevant dates. Verify the request through an independently confirmed official channel. The operator’s formal service and legal-request address remains to be designated.

Disclosure principles

Haglr should review scope, jurisdiction and legal validity, preserve relevant records when required, and disclose only information lawfully required or permitted. A support request is not a subpoena. User notification depends on legal restrictions and safety; no blanket promise of disclosure or nondisclosure is made.

Emergencies

Support is not a 24-hour emergency response channel. Contact emergency services for imminent harm. A dedicated emergency disclosure process and contact must be approved before launch.
