Ownership and truthful listings

List only items you own or are authorized to sell. Use photos and descriptions you own or have permission to use. Describe the actual item, condition, defects, included accessories and package contents accurately. Check applicable recalls before submitting. You remain responsible for checking AI suggestions before using them. A scan, price estimate or review does not prove ownership, authenticity, working condition, safety or legality. Marketplace Rules also include the Prohibited and restricted items and Prohibited conduct policies.

Honest listings

List only goods you own or are authorized to sell. Use an accurate category, actual condition and photos you have permission to use. Disclose defects, repairs, missing pieces, modifications, odors, model, size and what is included. Pet Supplies includes saddles, tack and horse equipment; live animals are not allowed.

Respectful participation

Treat buyers, sellers and staff respectfully. No threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing or discrimination. Keep communication relevant to a lawful transaction. Use reporting and blocking rather than retaliation.

Marketplace integrity

Do not fabricate transactions, reviews, bids, discounts, tracking, identities or price evidence. Follow the prohibited items and prohibited conduct policies. Haglr can review reports, remove unsafe content and restrict activity while an issue is investigated.
