Payment-service limits

Haglr is not announcing a consumer bank account, stored-value balance, cash transfer, currency exchange, money-transmission license or deposit insurance. Do not treat a pending seller payout as an insured bank deposit.

Provider terms and complaints

Payment and payout services may require an approved third-party provider and its own terms and verification. Live payments remain disabled. Required licensing analysis, provider disclosures, responsible entity and formal complaint contact must be completed before any regulated service is offered; another marketplace’s license numbers do not apply to Haglr.
