Possible action

Haglr can review reports and evidence, request clarification, remove listings or messages, limit features, cancel affected transactions where supported, or suspend accounts for serious or repeated abuse. An unresolved order dispute can block payout. Urgent safety issues may require immediate restriction.

Ask for review

Contact support with your account or listing reference, the action you dispute, supporting evidence and the requested correction. A support request is routed to the administrator. Human review is available through that route; no independent appeal body or fixed response-time guarantee is claimed.

Fair process

Decisions should be proportionate to the evidence and explain the relevant rule when doing so will not reveal another person’s data or compromise safety. Do not evade enforcement through new accounts or harass a reporter.
