Current beta limitations

Live payments and shipping labels remain disabled until configuration and verification are complete. The updated website includes optional photo identification and price research behind the account’s Privacy & AI controls. These features depend on service availability and do not guarantee a usable result. The installed iPhone test app keeps its existing AI controls. The iPhone app is available to invited TestFlight testers; testing is still in progress, and App Store approval and public release remain pending. A preview does not confirm a real shipment, payout or insured transaction.

Programs not offered

Haglr currently has no gift-card exchange, referral-credit program, paid authentication service, international buying program, buy-now-pay-later service, instant-payout program or stored-value wallet. Mercari-specific licenses, insurance limits, promotions and financial disclosures do not transfer to Haglr.

Before launch

The current operator, contact methods, privacy disclosures and business retention schedule appear in this policy center. Tax configuration, return-label funding and required provider arrangements must be operationally verified before live transactions. Policies do not replace technical controls, processor approval or legal review.
