Rights and complaints
Upload only content you own or have permission to use. Report suspected infringement with the work, the specific listing or content URL, your contact information and your authority to report. Counterfeit-product reports may be handled under prohibited items as well as intellectual-property rules.
Copyright notices
A copyright notice should include a signature, identification of the protected work and challenged material, contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury. Do not submit false claims. Haglr’s designated agent name and contact must be published and registration completed before a final DMCA process is represented as active.
Review and counter-notices
Haglr may restrict challenged material and notify its uploader. An uploader can request review with evidence of permission or mistaken identification. Formal counter-notice requirements, lawful forwarding and the statutory restoration process must be finalized with the designated agent. Repeated infringement may lead to account restriction.
