Account accuracy

Use an email you control and truthful details. Protect your password and report suspected access promptly. Customer accounts do not grant administrator permissions; administrative access is separately restricted.

Your dashboard

Account tools organize orders, bids, saved items, cart access, buyer and seller messages, listings and activity. These are private account features except information shown on public listings or profiles. Keep addresses and payment information out of public profile fields.

Closing an account

Use the account closure control after resolving outstanding orders and returns. Pending obligations may prevent closure. Closure restricts access and active marketplace activity; legally required, transaction, dispute and safety records may remain. Contact support for a separate privacy request.
